Orders received by 12 Noon Arizona time will be shipped on the same day unless items are backordered. This does not apply to leather items as they are dropshipped from the manufacturer which sometimes ship on the 2nd or 3rd day. We do not guarantee shipping times on any orders. The times listed below are average shipping times and can be longer or shorter for a variety of reasons. If you require your order in a timely fashion we suggest that you select Priority mail which is fairly reliable (on time) at an additional expense of $2 per order. If you place an order and do not received it in a timely fashion and wish to cancel your order we will not refund your money until we receive the product back in our store. If you don't wish to pay return shipping on an order that you cancel just refuse the order by taking it back to the Post Office unopened. They will return the order at no cost to you. You will however be charged the original shipping charge to send the order to you. The amount will depend on what you select as the shipping method when you complete your order online.
We use the United States Postal Service to ship all of our packages with the exception of our leather products. Leather products are drop shipped from the supplier and normally take 1 to 3 business days to ship from the factory and up to 3 weeks before you receive the order. Please don't select Priority or Overnight shipping when ordering leather products. If your order is mixed between leather and non leather lingerie items the order will not be shipped until we receive the leather products from the factory unless you request they be shipped separately. If you request separate shipping you a double shipping charge will apply. We use USPS to save you money on your order! All of our shipping is "flat rate" which means the cost is the same amount for shipping no matter how much you order except for Australia, Canada and England. As you can guess we generally lose money on shipping as we also pay for the shipping container and the price of handling the order. If you think you are getting a bargain from a site that offers free shipping think again. The price of the product is always inflated to make up the loss on the shipping. Always! Always! compare the total price including shipping that you pay for any product. Free shipping generally means you get a free screwing.
Rates: We Don't Guarantee Shipping Times
Regular United States shipping by Parcel Post is $6 and normally(longer during rush periods like Christmas and Valentine's day) takes 3-9 business days (this is the default shipping). Business days are Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not business days.Priority Mail(Recommended) is $8 for the United States and normally takes 2-4 business days (to get Priority Mail shipping you must select this option on the page where you enter your personal and credit card information). Alaska and Hawaii and some rural areas generally take up to 4 business days. Weekend delivery is not available.
Express Mail for the United States is $22 and is normally shipped overnight excluding weekends (to get Express Mail shipping you must select this option on the page where you enter your personal information). Alaska, Hawaii, some rural destinations can take 2 business days. Weekend delivery is not available.
International Shipping
We only offer flat rate shipping to US destinations, military APO addresses, Australia, Canada and England. We don't ship to other foreign countries because of Customs issues and the expense. Shipping times to Australia and England take up to 3 weeks (sometimes longer) and may be subject to a Customs dutie. You are responsible for all Customs duties and or added taxes. The U.K. adds approximately 25% to the total order including shipping costs. Shipping rates to foreign countries vary from $20 to $300 depending on the country shipped to and the weight of the package. Customs clearance costs, if incurred, are the responsibility of the buyer which will need to be paid in the country of destination. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to merchandise held up by customs officials.You can use the following link to estimate postage to your country for different package sizes and weights and estimated shipping times. However do not believe the shipping times as several products that we have sent to England that was supposed to be delivered in 4 to 7 business days actually took 15 (3 weeks) or more business days. We assume these extended times are due to the problems related to the tragedy of 911 requiring the closer inspection of all items shipped.
