At The Sensual Woman our utmost goal is to provide our customers with top quality lingerie from brand name manufacturers at the best possible price and the best in customer satisfaction. We offer a secure atmosphere in which to do your shopping and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with reservations on returns. Reservations include quality of returned products and a 30 day peorid from date of purchase. Please read below for details as your order cannot be processed without your acceptance ot the terms listed below.
Foreign Fees & Shipping Requirements
If your order is placed from and and or shipped to Australia, Canada or the UK you may have to pay additional fees such as customs duties or local taxes which are collected when you receive your order. These fees are not included in the amount you pay us for your order and are completely your responsibility. As an example orders shipped to the UK are charge a VAT(value added tax) fee of 17.5% and appx another 8% for UK Customs duties which together add an additional 25% to the order. Default shipping options for foreign orders are not insured. If you want your order to be insured please select one of the insured shipping options. You the customer assume all responisbility for orders lost in shipping.
All orders from Australia, Canada or the UK must be shipped to the same address as the billing address. If your billing address doesn't match the address of your credit card we cannot accept or ship your order unless you provide verification that the addresses match. Shipping options for foreign orders are based on total weight of the order. If you order weighs more than the shipping option you chose you will receive an email from us requesting your acceptance of higher shipping charges. We will not ship your order without your consent to the increased shipping cost.
Credit Card Information
All credit card transactions and personal information are processed through a secure socket layer (SSL) server. The GeoTrust logo displayed on our home page can be clicked on to verify our server security. All credit card or check information will be kept confidential between The-sensual-woman.com and the customer.
All IP addresses are logged for all orders and are used to facilitate fraud prevention. IP addresses are not shared in any fashion except in the prosecution of fraud.

Shipping
As we use the USPS (United States Postal Service) we don't guarantee shipping times except for Express for US destinations. No orders are insured unless requested by customer at checkout for an additiona fee. Please visit Shipping Policy for complete shipping information. Default shipping options for all orders are not insured. If you want your order to be insured please select one of the insured shipping options. You the customer assume all responisbility for orders lost in shipping.
When returning an item(s), you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) to us. We will process your return and reimburse your credit card within 2 weeks of receipt of returned item(s). Shipping charges are not refundable including original shipping charges for your order.
For an exchange, you pay for shipping charges to return the item(s). If you request a replacement item of equal or lesser value, we pay to ship the item(s) to you except for leather apparel. If you would like to change your shipping method or purchase additional items, you pay for the additional shipping charges. If the exchange is of lesser or greater value, we will credit your credit card for the original order and place a new order for the exchange.
Please notify us immediately of any item(s) that you receive that are damaged at:customerservice@the-sensual-woman.com. We will credit your account for the cost of returning the package to us, and pay the shipping costs to return a new item(s) to you.
Returns
We offer the highest quality and value for all the lingerie products that you purchase from The Sensual Woman. If you are unhappy with any of our products for any reason, we will gladly provide you with a quick refund or exchange. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee requires that every item you purchase from us meets your highest standards. If it does not meet your requirements, you may conditionally return it within 30 days of purchase (day when order is placed) with original receipt. All merchandise must be in unworn condition with all tags attached for a refund, replacement or item exchange. All underwear and outfits that come with underwear and stockings are shipped in sealed clear plastic bags or boxes and must remain sealed to qualify for return. They must remain sealed because of Federal health regulations. We put them in the bags so you can semi inspect them before opening. That gives you a chance to return underwear or outfits with underwear (that you don't like after seeing them) that is otherwise unreturnable. Items that are not underwear or items that don't have underwear with them may be removed from the bag for inspection and are still returnable. Shipping costs including original shipping costs of your order are not refundable.

Website Security
Since we have been in business no customer has suffered a loss due to credit card fraud while using our website over the Internet. All credit card transactions go to Globe Charge's secure server using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. All customer information including credit card details sent to The Sensual Woman utilizes PGP encrypted mail to process all orders with absolute confidence.
The Sensual Woman doesn't disclose any of our customer's information to any sources other than those required by law.
Your Privacy
The Sensual Woman is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with applicable US laws). All customer information including credit card or check details will be kept confidential between The-sensual-woman.com and the customer.
The information collected about you is the information you enter at the time you place your order along with the IP address of the computer used. We collect this information to process and deliver your order and to enchance our customer service including fraud detection. We will only contact you via e-mail or phone if we need information to process your order or if you consent to receive newsletters or emails from us in the future.
